- 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Pine Nuts
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until blended.
2. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse again.
3. Slowly add olive oil while the processor is running until smooth.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
