Pesto Chicken Caprese Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread preferably ciabatta
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes sliced
- ¼ cup Pesto Sauce
- 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves
1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
2. Spread pesto sauce on one side of each bread slice.
3. Layer the chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
4. Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
5. Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
