  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, diced
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and diced celery.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
