Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomatoes, crushed (400g)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
  5. Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve over your favorite pasta.
