- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
4. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
