- 8 pieces Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the lamb chops on a baking tray.
Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped rosemary over the lamb chops.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
