- 1 lb asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until tender.
