Instructions
Preheat your broiler.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place the bread slices, buttered side up, on a baking sheet.
Layer the roast beef slices on top of the bread.
Top with cheese slices.
Broil for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and add a dollop of horseradish sauce if desired.
Serve immediately.
