Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
Breading
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Hot Oil
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 1 hour.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Mix hot oil ingredients and pour over the fried chicken.
