Ingredients 

Chicken and Marinade

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce

Breading

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Hot Oil

  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Mix hot oil ingredients and pour over the fried chicken.
