Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
- 2 units carrots julienned
- 4 units green onions chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
