  • 2 slices Turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For frying
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar For dusting
  • 1 tablespoon Jam Optional, for serving

Instructions

  2. 2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese between two slices of bread.
  3. 3. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove from skillet and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with jam, if desired.
