  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  2. 2. Add the shredded chicken, sliced peaches, chopped mint leaves, mixed greens, and feta cheese to the bowl.
