Mexican Sopes Recipe
Traditional Mexican sopes made with masa, topped with beans, cheese, and your favorite toppings.

- 2 cups Masa harina
- 1.5 cups Warm water
- 1 pinch Salt
Toppings
- 1 cup Refried beans
- 1 cup Crumbled cheese
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup Salsa
In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina, warm water, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a thick disk.
Heat a griddle over medium heat. Cook each disk for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Remove from heat and pinch the edges to form a rim.
Top each sope with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
