Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or pasta.
