Maryland Crab Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crabmeat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Green Beans chopped
- 1 cup Carrots chopped
- 1 cup Potatoes diced
- 1 can Tomatoes diced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, combine beef broth, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, and green beans. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3. Add corn, crabmeat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
