Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh basil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon some sauce over each piece.
  6. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
