Manicotti Recipe
A classic Italian dish featuring pasta tubes stuffed with a rich ricotta cheese filling, topped with marinara sauce and baked to perfection.

- 8 oz Manicotti shells
- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place stuffed manicotti shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
