Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Manicotti shells
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed manicotti shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
