  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 8 pcs Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 pc Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the Mahi Mahi fillets with the spice mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked fish on the tortillas, topping with shredded cabbage, and squeezing lime juice over the top.
