Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
