Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Cooked Lobster Meat
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
  • 4 Hot Dog Buns split-top
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster meat for about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Brush the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  4. 4. Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
