Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster cooked and shelled
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and fish stock, bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the lobster meat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain.
  6. 6. Return the strained bisque to the pot, stir in the heavy cream.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
