  • 2 cups Leftover roast beef, diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced cooked
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.
  4. Add the leftover roast beef and cook until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
