- 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 12 slices bacon cut in half
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each filled jalapeno half with a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
