Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Sub rolls
- 200 g Salami
- 200 g Ham
- 200 g Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Onions, sliced
- 1 cup Banana peppers
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Slice the sub rolls in half.
2. Layer the meats and cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers.
4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Close the sub rolls and serve immediately.
