Italian Beef Sandwiches Recipe
Delicious and easy Italian beef sandwiches made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Place beef roast in slow cooker.
Sprinkle Italian dressing mix and au jus mix over the roast.
Pour beef broth and pepperoncini peppers (with juice) over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred the beef with two forks.
Serve on hoagie rolls with provolone cheese.
