Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite pasta or sauce.
