Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
