Island Style Sardines and Rice
A simple and flavorful dish combining sardines and rice with a touch of island spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice uncooked
- 1 can Sardines in oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Water
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the sardines (with oil), soy sauce, paprika, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the frying pan and mix everything together.
6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is well combined and heated through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your island-style sardines and rice!
