Instant Pot Cabbage and Beef Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head cabbage chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat. 
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. 
- Add the chopped cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine. 
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure. 
- Open the lid and stir the soup. Serve hot.
