Instant Pot Beef Bone Broth Recipe
A hearty and nutritious beef bone broth made easily in an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef bones preferably with marrow
- 1 large onion quartered
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 2 large carrots chopped
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 8 cups water
Place beef bones in the Instant Pot.
Add onion, garlic, celery, carrots, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
Pour in water until bones and vegetables are fully submerged.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Soup/Broth' for 120 minutes.
Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Strain the broth using a strainer and discard solids.
Let the broth cool and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
