Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
