Hot Dog Chili Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the chili over hot dogs and enjoy!
