  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Brioche buns
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  6. 6. Fry chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Toast brioche buns in the skillet until golden.
  8. 8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing fried chicken on the buns and topping with pickles.
