Hot Buffalo Chicken Bacon and Cheese Sandwich
A spicy, savory sandwich with buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese.

- 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Bread your choice
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter for toasting bread
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
Toss chicken slices in buffalo sauce until well coated.
Butter one side of each bread slice. Place two slices, butter side down, in the skillet.
Layer with cheese, buffalo chicken, bacon, and another slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, butter side up.
Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
