  • 6 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, sausage, and cheese. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
