  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into patties.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. 5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
  8. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
