Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 bunch Green onions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ½ cup Shrimp peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Squid cleaned and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cold water, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  2. 2. Add green onions, shrimp, and squid to the batter. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
