Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
