Ground Beef and Vegetable Stew

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced potatoes, chopped carrots, and chopped celery to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the frozen peas, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
