Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes, chopped carrots, and chopped celery to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the frozen peas, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
