Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Tequila
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with lime wedges.
