Grilled Tequila Lime Shrimp
Delicious grilled shrimp marinated in a zesty tequila lime mixture.

Marinade
- ¼ cup Tequila
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
Serve hot with lime wedges.
