  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.
  4. 4. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. 5. Add the grilled shrimp on top of the salad.
  6. 6. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
