Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced

Louie Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Capers, drained

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the Louie dressing.
  5. 5. Arrange the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and hard-boiled eggs on a platter.
  6. 6. Top with the grilled shrimp and drizzle with Louie dressing.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
