Grilled Octopus Recipe

- 2 lbs Octopus cleaned
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 45 minutes until tender.
2. Remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool. Cut into manageable pieces.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Brush the octopus pieces with the olive oil mixture.
6. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
