  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken breasts with teriyaki sauce for at least 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding lettuce, grilled chicken, and pineapple slices.
