Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces Tortillas large
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
6. Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, chicken strips, cheese, and ranch dressing on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
