  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  6. 6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
