  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery Chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 8 slices Bread Toasted
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 piece Tomato Sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then chop into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
