  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 4 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
