- 2 cups Green Peas frozen, thawed
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
