Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Chicken Vegetable Soup
A hearty and healthy gluten-free chicken vegetable soup made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
1. Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
2. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
3. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
5. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the slow cooker.
6. Stir well and serve hot.
