Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in chicken broth. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
